  PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE INITIAL DESIGNS I UPLOADED TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
  
  1. WE WANT TO SEE WHO CAN COME UP WITH A GOOD WAY TO SHOW THE CURSIVE "L" ON TOP OF THE APPLE WITH THE LOOP OF THE "L" BEING THE "LEAF & STEM".
  
  2. WE WANT SOME EXAMPLES THAT LOOK VINTAGE AND LIKE A WOODBURN BRAND ON A OAK BARREL

  Leidel's Cider is a progressive and innovative new direction for Leidel's Orchard, a Minnesota apple orchard with a storied history, www.leidelsapples.com. Leidel's Cider is an artisan, all natural, local, and premium hard cider product. We are looking to create a similar rustic feel as with Leidel's Apples; however, we plan on branding it in a higher end fashion. Similar branding can be found in high end new world wines. Ultimately, we are looking for a rich, powerful, and yet simple logo that carries the nostalgia of 1917 when Leidel's Orchard commenced its operations.
  
  
  At the moment, we have two ideas.
  
  1. A modern/classic look, similar to the uploaded Core Cider logo.
  2. A rustic/rich/classy look, similar to a woodburned stamp on an oak barrel.
  
  We love the idea of logo double meaning or hidden symbolism. The uploaded photo of the cursive "L" blended with the apple has been our front running idea in this regard.
