| Here is the story. Our family owns an apple orchard and the feel of that business is rustic, farm, and antique. Check out the website at www.leidelsapples.com. The story of the Cider Logo is a continuation of that, though with a much more rich feel to it. We are making hard cider out of local apples, called Leidel's Cider. It will be a locally grown and locally produced product. It has to feel like a PREMIUM product. We are going for quality over quantity. We want a similar rustic feel as Leidel's Apples, but it is also a higher quality product, so it has to be more high class. Instead of the barn wood feel, it has to be more like an aged oak or mahogany feel. It has to feel like the Jack Daniels of Hard Cider (if you know what I mean). It has to feel rich and powerful and still carry in the nostalgic history of the apple orchard which started in 1917 with an upscale twist to it. | Yes. We want the logo to go one of two ways. 1. Modern classic feel, like the Core Cider logo I uploaded. 2. Rustic, Rich, like a woodburn stamp on on aged oak wood whisky barrel. (The modern classic logo would need to be simple, creative, maybe have a double meaning or hidden image.) We would like to incorporate the cursive "L" in Leidel in with the apple in our logo, also like the images I uploaded. This has been our main idea but we are open to other looks as well. | ||
