    Thanks for feedback & rating! This is a fun project to work on! Either way, I can't wait to try this kettle corn, I love kettle popped corn!

    Personally, I like 50, 52 & 46. I do have reservations on the "cartoon" because I believe adults buy our product, not children. Having said that, the decision will be made based on feedback of many others.

    you mentioned you want it to look more gourmet, yet the ones you like are more cartoonish? just a bit confused here, it's hard to create design when your direction is not clear. back to the drawing board!

    Have gotten some very favorable comments on # 46. Nice fun kind of logo.

    If colors were modified to more "gourmet" colors would that improve or detract? I like how it shows in mono color. Is it easy for you to change color using complimentary color pallet? Colors will ultimately have to be in Pantone color process CYMK.

    Only used green as it seems to convey "healthy". You could of just eliminated it and said it wasn't the color you were looking for or private messaged that information. Not very nice after working long hours on a logo design for your project.

    #35 - good for a wedding. Lime color is not a great color for popcorn.

    Logo should convey Gourmet, quality, healthy, not be pretentious, over bearing, snobby. Think elegantly simple.

    Snaxpo PDF link I believe is helpful in getting the to the underlying motivations of what customers are thinking about when they buy snack food, hence, graphics may be better designed to target the market based on known factors as opposed to guesses or opinions, mine included. i.e Rich colors translate to rich flavor, etc. (SEE brief). Purple translates better than blue, for example, something special, luxury, royalty. Does a fruity lime color go with popcorn? Do you know what the trends are in snack food packaging today?

    Currently my leaning would be to #32 & #30 with modifications.

    I am not convinced that popcorn icons alone add to a package that is clear where people can see the product unless the popcorn can be integrated with a fresh off the farm ear of corn or something that translates healthy rather than State Fair: # 22,18,17,16,9,8,7,5,4,2

    Simpler is better in today's packaging. Elegantly simple that send the message of quality - healthy.

    Consider the graphics in the gourmet foods store or the gourmet section of your grocery store. But, keep it simple, clean and unique. Remember the store isle!

    Try to come up with ideas that are less glitzy & State Fair looking and more about natural, wholesome good-for-you, timeless, great tasting like your grandma's cooking: I got to have it!

    Authentic Kettle Corn should not be used in the logo. To use it will confuse customers when they what they are buying is not sweet & salty kettle corn but plain salted popcorn when they arrive home. This information belongs to the packaging, not the logo. The font I am currently using does not convey nutritious, natural or gourmet.

    Remember the packaging that this logo is going on will be roughly a 5x7 label on clear or on a one ounce size single serve.
    The graphics from the point of view of the customer in the grocery store have to not only be attention getting but also be READABLE from a distance.

    In this economy people look to stability, warm fuzzy thoughts of times past, perhaps a simpler time. Graphics in packaging today tends to be very much simpler than in the past go for the clean look that exudes quality, one of a kind uniqueness, gourmet. Although our popcorn is ready to eat and of gourmet quality many buyers will look at the ready to eat packaging and determine that microwave is better quality unless my package and logo emphatically state something else.
