  Here are some sample concepts that I would like to see for the website:

  * Use the 'Newsletter Signup' style shown in this sample.

  * I like about this concept is that the focal point is on the person and the background for this picture is much lighter.
  * I do Not like the photos at the bottom of the page.
  * Please use a different photo of a happy, professional business person.
  * Add the slogan on the right side of the photo that says, "Building Stronger Companies, Through Stronger Leaders"
  * For the menu bar, use the following: Home, About, Services, Clients, Contact.
  * Use the same style menu and font for the left and bottom menu.
  * Add the business phone number and email at the top, right hand side of the page.
  * Add icons for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn at the bottom of the page.

  Images used from any other website or source will not be accepted. In case you are using images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”, please make sure to keep a record of image ID numbers as contest winners will be required to provide those ID's.
