  #145 looks good. Could you make the "V" resemble a check mark? We think having wheat, the circle as the person's head, and a checkmark all in one symbol may be busy. If we had to pick two, we'd like the checkmark and the person icon.

  #3 is off on an good start. Could you perhaps use the wheatstalk "v" symbol as the first letter in Vikus? Also, I know I posted that brownish color, but maybe there is a better one to fit over the cream color?
