A native of Rhode Island, After graduating from North Kingstown High School at the age of 17, Brad left his idyllic hometown of Wickford to serve with the United States Marine Corps. Brad has proved that the old adage "You Cant Go Home Again" doesn't apply. After years away with the Marines and then building a large Real Estate practice in Southern Virginia, Brad and his family have come home to Rhode Island where it all started.
Brad wouldn’t dream of raising his daughter anywhere else. Surrounded by family, He believes there’s a quality of life here that begins with the ideals of its great people. “Rhode Island never changes in my view, we are a community of diverse backgrounds and cultures forged by the ocean and the coast and our rich history". Growing up as a overweight kid things weren’t handed to Brad, he had to struggle for most accomplishments. As a teen, Brad had a small dream to be the top wrestler in the area. He knew desire alone wasn't enough so he sought out the best wrestlers in the country to learn what they did to be so successful. Brad worked everyday to become just like the wrestlers he aspired to. His hard work and intense training paid off and Bard went on to be a All State wrestler at North Kingstown High School and a All New England and All American wrestler representing the state of Rhode Island at the Junior National Championships in Iowa.
Brad went on to represent the United States Marine Corps in Greco Roman wrestling cumulating his wrestling career by winning the Armed Forces Wrestling Championships beating the formally unbeaten All Navy heavyweight in the finals. Brad attributes his success on the mat to hard work, persistence and the techniques he learned from those who had gone before him.

I am working on the text for the brochure but most likely it will come after I pick the winning the design to be inserted after award.
I need for you to add the Keller Williams logo small in the footer of the Postcard, Letterhead and letterhead envelope and on the brochure. By law it has to be on there. The logo is uploaded to the contest in a few variations.
Instead of the "Find Your Home Today Move in Tomorrow" tagline on the brochure please use this tagline.

ps: I may be using a different office address than the one currently. If so I will give you the new address and have you update the drafts with it, I will know by tomorrow.

Has a border, beautiful panorama photo (Choose fromt he ones I uploaded). Logo at the top. Possibly my standing photo or not...
On the back would be my contact info, logo, photo and plenty of space for me to jot down a handwritten note to the recipient.
The envelope would be red with nothing on the front and my return address in gold on the back similar to the example photo.
