Détails		I am looking to award $1200 for several illustrations. I request the designer to make 2 illustrations first, and if those 2 are accepted, then the remaining 6 are to be completed for the award of $1200.00 --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- --- ---- ---- --- --- my goal is to have all 8 illustrations designed by the same designer (each image with similar graphic styles for continuity). the target audience is for intelligence agencies & law enforcement organizations interested in how technology is used to monitor wireless mobile communications of criminals.................after approval of the first 2 images, those 2 images along with the remaining 6 images would need to be delivered (PSD files required with editable layers) for the $1200.00 award to be released.

Prescriptions		project briefs: the following are briefs for illustration 1 & illustration 2. these are the 2 illustrations required to be designed first. once these are approved, the remaining 6 illustrations (on the pdf called: illustrations_3-8.pdf ) will need to be completed. Illustration 1 of 8: UNDERCOVER MONITORING MISSION IN CITY ENVIRONMENT i want a picture of a city (with buildings & houses), and within that city, i need to show images of a 3 cell phone towers . . . . one cell tower on the far left, a cell phone tower on the far right, and in the middle, show 1 man standing, with a briefcase. this briefcase is a special case (please see sample image 1a) . this "system case" has a laptop display that sits on its built-in 'shelf / panel' and when the case is open, the display appears on. this case has a cellular antenna next to it. i would like the illustration to show the man with the system sitting on a desk or table. the man with his "system" represents the 3rd tower. each tower is a wireless link to the local cell phone company .................................................................................................................................................................... (i imagine a tower above this man's briefcase system, only this 'tower' is much lighter than the other towers [i use the term lighter to indicate that it is less visible, almost transparent)) . . . why is there a 3rd tower ? because this man's briefcase represents an "artificial" tower that can capture "criminal mobile phone calls" (calls made by criminals). .................................................................................................................................................................... in this illustration, there should be images of people, perhaps 30 - 35 people, in this city who are either walking, sitting on a bench, getting into or out of a car. out of the 30-35 people, half of them should be seen on their mobile phones, engaged in calls. .................................................................................................................................................................... the illustration should indicate they are on calls by having a slight line or perhaps a dotted line (not a dark line but a very light line) connecting each phone to a phone tower (the goal is not to make too much background lines that connect the illustration) . . . NOTE: some phones on the left side of the illustration should be 'connected' to the left tower, and some phones on the right side should be 'connected' to the right tower (but no phone should be connected to both towers. . . ALSO NOTE: out of these 30 - 35 people, there are 3 "CRIMINALS" among them, engaged on their mobile phones (they are also making calls). . . and .................................................................................................................................................................... they should appear to look dark, ominous, maybe with trench-coats or army jackets that are slightly open and reveal a hidden handgun or shotgun inside of their coats . . . the phones of these 'criminals' are not connected to the mobile phone antenna towers on the left or right of this illustration. instead, their phones are 'connected' to the special special briefcase in the middle. .................................................................................................................................................................... a symbol of a target scope ( -x- ) [sniper optical reticle crosshair] should be superimposed over each of these 'criminal phones'. .................................................................................................................................................................... NOTE: we know the man operating the special briefcase is a policeman out of uniform because he has a badge on his belt. we know he is listening to mobile phone calls because he has a pair of headphones on which are connected to the special briefcase. .................................................................................................................................................................... (please see sample image 1b) . .................................................................................................................................................................... show some radio waves coming out of the "special case" toward the tablet pc. .................................................................................................................................................................... next to him are a few empty chairs, and a few occupied chairs by hotel guests. .................................................................................................................................................................... (show a background of a counter with people on line and 2 people w/ name tags at a reception counter / desk .................................................................................................................................................................... concierge desk with 1 worker & 1 bell hop). put a small sign saying: HOTEL CHECK IN / OUT on the counter. .................................................................................................................................................................... in this lobby, at the far end of the room, there is a criminal on a mobile phone. this man is wearing a dark long trench-coat. he is standing by the exit door speaking on his mobile phone and looking at his watch. (place a sniper rifle optical symbol / icon can be superimposed over his phone) .................................................................................................................................................................... show some radio waves coming out of his cell phone, and radiating or leading into the "special case" on the floor by the man with the tablet pc. .................................................................................................................................................................... next to this man with the phone is a mean-looking criminal who is also wearing a trench-coat & a hat & sunglasses, holding a gym bag / small duffel bag. next to him is another mean looking criminal with sunglasses, and a long trench-coat, only his coat is somewhat more open to expose a sub-machine gun (hiding from normal view) resting under his shoulder). .................................................................................................................................................................... none of these criminals are looking at the man with the tablet pc (none of them notice him or suspect he is an undercover government agent) .................................................................................................................................................................... END OF DESCRIPTION OF BRIEF FOR ILLUSTRATION 2 OF 8 for size & resolution, i want to be able to display the 8 illustrations on both the web pages (72dpi) as well as print on a brochure (paper 300dpi) so i would think if i received psds, i could take a large 4000 x 4000 and print those, or maybe 2000 x 2000 sized images and save for web, scaling them down to 600 x 600 or 600 x 480 . . . -----------------------

For_reference_31021.jpg we need everything to be illustrated. Please see this sketch for reference you can sketch and then illustrate it or directly illustrate it ... Final files needs to have Photoshop file

sample_law_enf_032_31094.jpg image on the left is a sketch. . . middle image is a photograph . . . image on the right is a manipulation of that photograph. my goal is to have illustrations that are somewhere in between the 'sketch style' on the left and the 'modified photograph' on the right.
