Congratulations to Cromox with the winning design of #184!
Thanks again to everyone who submitted. We were completely blow away with the talent that you all had. Special thanks to early, smayra10, and CreativeSolutions for editing their logos and doing everything they could to meet the needs of our picky suggestions. You all are extremely talented artist and impressively responsive to customer request. Thanks!
I really like karosta's #81. It is clean and simple but still looks professional and sophisticated. Would it look better (or worse) if the lines were a little bigger or it was more compact? It looks great, so it may not need any revision. This may be my favorite so far.
I also like kimziah's #38 and #40, but these may be a little web 2.0 for me. I really like the simple, memorable logos that are in these designs.
ArtDesign's #50 is also good. If you can, try to tie it all in together somehow. It seems like there is too much space, or it doesn't all come together fluidly.
Nadya's #3 is still close to the top of the list. If there is any way, could you try a different graphic (or combination) at the top of the lettering (maybe some variation of buildings or something similar)? I really like the way this design all flows together (and the colors), but I really don't want people to think we are just another real estate company.
Again, all of you have done an amazing job, and I really can't believe how good these look. I'm sorry for my poorly articulated suggestions. I am completely out of my league when it comes to graphic design, art, type face, etc. terminology. I know what I like when I see it, but it's hard for me to describe to you why I like (or don't like) something. THANKS AGAIN and Keep up the good work!
Few points of clairification after looking at a few designs:
- Company name is Spartan, sorry for the typo in the Project Name
- Don't really like "Real Estate Investments" to describe the company. Just stick to "Value Investors" or simply "Spartan"
As far as the designs go, I am BLOWN away so far. I really like designs #30, 32, 23, and 3. All of these logos seem to have an "iconic" feel: when I look at them I can easily see them on television or in a higher end magazine ad. So far #3 is my favorite, but I think a cross between #3 and #32 would be the best. On #3, is there a way we could tailor the graphic (or change) to signify a more "General" investment fund (not only residential housing)?
I like the designs that are trying to incorporate the helmet (#34, 16, 1), but it seems like there's still something missing. Keep trying with this because I really like the subtle reference to Classic Sparta. Same goes for the shield (#12): this one is a little formal for my taste, but again, I like the Sparta reference.
Thanks A Bunch For All The Hard Work So Far!... Keep it up.
