#28: the flow of the double helix looks nicer than in #32 and #33. We would prefer this flow + a female face contour + corrected color-pairs. Please change the yellow facecolor into more red/orange , less yellow. The female nose is quite pointed.

Maybe these images can give you an idea, what profile we may like:

    or

#32 looks quite good. But the connection strings between the two helix strings can only have 4 different colors, where A/T and CG are always a pair - please look for biological details here:
    http://www.biotechnologyonline.gov.au/images/contentpages/helix.jpg
What colors you choose does not matter, but use only 2x2 pairs.

Can you give the female face a less abtract look?

#26: no, not that font. either more modern or something like in #12 or#22. What about a female face? the face lookes so edged at the moment. please replace the blue lines with black and use a white background, not a grey one. what color can you give the shadow lines then?

#26: a double helix more flexible (eg. like in #22 )might look better.

we'd prefer the composition of face and double-helix like in #24. could you change the yellow color into more orange, e.g. #fd2600 ?

@ #24: looks quite good. maybe the lower grinds could be more double-helix like...
and please suggest an other font. Maybe something like in #22 or in #6 could fit. Or not?

Does anybody have an draft with using colors black and orange / fire-red?

Any idea for an picture, that show the connection between different ethnologies/races and the genetic causes?

#22: what stands the small blue point for? could you enlarge the symbol and make the text smaller (eg. like in #16) ?

Maybe it helps to ask yourself if your graphics points to aspects of anthropology, when there's no text beside the logo. As we wrote before, we would like to be able to use the symbol both with and without the text string "Gesellschaft für biologische Anthropologie, Eugenik und Verhaltensforschung e.V.".

#11 and #12: the font looks quite good, especially the shining effect. the small male does not really symbolize anthropology.

Beware: the words "biologische Anthropologie" may not be separated. It is a fixed conceptual meaning "physical anthropology" in english, in delineation of "historical anthropology" , "cultural anthropology" etc.

#9: the surrounding text is a new idea. we could discuss it. but the double helix inside is not the way we want

#8 and #10: those little people are not what we want.

Anybody here who could create something that way:

    ?

#6 and #7: as stated before: The String "GfbAEV" should not be the dominant part of the logo.
#5: two colored text & font are not our choice

@all: if you inlude any symbols, it would be nice to read what you meant by using that

#3 and #4 use hexagons, they have no significance for the research field of anthropology.

The big font of 3 is to star wars-alike for us.

Please have a look , what similar societies than use use for logos:

Just to give you an impression. Of course, your draft should be better ;-)

btw: we don't need a skull in our logo - looks to pessimistic

If somebody uses the double-helix in a draft, it should be less abstracts, i mean the connection between both helix' are missing in draft #1 and #2. Should look more like this:
    http://cultureby.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/DNA_Double_Helix-300x226.png

Thank you for uploading the first two drafts, that might be the most ungrateful job..
#1 and #2 are b/w or greycolor. We'd prefer colored logos.
The String "GfbAEV" should not be the dominant part of the logo.
The research areas of our society comprise human genetics, but only as a part. A DNA double helix could be used, but don't have to be.
Symbols/shapes of humans or the human body could fit better (we saw some interesting things at http://www.mycroburst.com/contests/craniofacial-center ).
It's good to have the text "Gesellschaft für biologische Anthropologie, Eugenik und Verhaltensforschung e.V." separated from the graphical elements, so we could use the logo with and without text.

    Attention Designers,

MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you show 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if that draft gets finalized, each color version is separated before final files are sent out.

    Thanks,
