  Also, the address is very minor, I would much prefer the emphasis on the phone number firstly, and website and email secondly. The address is a DISTANT third.

  I was probably a little vauge on what I wanted, so I'll try to narrow it down some. I highly prefer the logo on the black background. I would like something more in a darker background. Modernish with gray or blue accents. Red used sparingly, I'm thinking only on the actual logo itself. Also I would like to add text "air conditioning and heating" and
  "residential and commercial"
