Thanks for your hard work so far as I know this one isn't easy....the designs aren't quite what I was thinking...did you all have a chance to look at the files I uploaded to give you an idea of the overall feel I am trying to create?
I need the design to have each department FLOWING into each other (maybe arrows from 1 department to the next?) as they have to go through department 1 to get to department 2 to get to department 3 etc....would like some graphics that relate to a HOUSE since it is the chart will represent the steps a buyer or seller has to take to buy or sell a home...
Our logo that we are finalizing today on here will have the colors of blue, purple and a goldish/orange color... I will upload when we have it finalized later today after we decide on the winner.

First I want to say, thanks for your hard hard work! I know this one is not easy to say the least with regard to changing the look. We should be finalizing our logo in the next day or 2 (another project no here) so I can supply that when I have that.
Some of you are asking for the actual text so here is my reply and hopefully more direction for you in addition to all my previous notes..
The text for each department is proprietary so I can't gIve out the exact text. But the length of the text for each department is what I have there in our current chart that is orange background. That being said, I know because of the amount of text, that part of the design needs to be long and rectangular. However I was hoping the overall look doesn't need to be completely rectangular in shape on the paper. Each department leads into the next department ( on the general comments the names of each department is listed. a cool graphic for each department would be cool! maybe?) so it would be good to show that with an arrow or something. I have uploaded some examples to show what I mean by " a different look" than we currently have and there is one picture that shows a rectangular shape for the columns but it kinda looks 3 dimensional as it ascends on the page.
Again, I know this project isn't easy which is why I came here because your talents far exceed what we can do on our own, lol.
Much appreciation to all of you... FYI, we will have several more projects coming on after the logo and the sales flow chart as we need to create a brochure and some front and back course booklet designs.

Just FYI... Each department leads into the next department so is there a way to communicate that with some arrows pointing to the next department?
Is there anyway to create a different design that isn't necessarily a typical rectangular shape? Maybe something 3d?

Here is information the chart must contain for each heading. Although I can't give you the actual text in the body where it shows each Method (ie: Method 1, etc..), the amount of text shown in the long columns is the actual amount of text the chart has to contain...
Department 1: Prospecting
Department 2: Lead Follow-up
Department 3: Consultation
Department 4: Showing Service (for Buyers) Department 4: Marketing & Advertising (for Sellers)
Department 5: Negotiations
Department 6: Escrow Services
Department 7: Past Client Services

PICTURES POSTED just to give you an idea of what we are trying to achieve when I say that we want to get away from our current look. These pictures are meant to give you an idea of us wanting "Graphics and a 3d type look" that doesn't look like something we created on an excel spreadsheet (quite like the look we currently have). You can get ideas from these pictures. We like the boldness of the colors in the slides but more importantly this is what we mean by "out of the box".

Thanks for the hard work as I greatly appreciate you trying to figure out what is in my head...you guys are awesome! Here is some notes that may help from someone who sent some questions for me to answer and thought those answers could help you. We have another job open in here as well to get a new logo that job is (New Logo for a Real Estate Training Company). Our "Old Logo" is in there however we are obviously going to get rid of that logo. So here is some "helpful" tips:
1) right now the size we have is a laminated 11x17 sheet. Would like it to be smaller if possible.
2) I can't provide the exact text as it is "Proprietary information"
3) as far as color, I would like to get away from the colors we have now so that it can look more professional. The only color that needs to be is Dept 5.which is red, but it only has to be some vriation of red..doesn't have to be bright"primary red" it can be a muted red or some variation of that...
4) our logo is being worked on right now as another as another job in here (New Logo for a Real Estate Training Company) as we are trying to change our whole look. You can see our current logo there but we are trying to get away from thoe colors which are orange.
Truthfully, everything that has been submitted this far isn't quite what I am thinking.....I would love for someone to come up with an "out of the box" look. We are trying to get away from the look that it is now and would love to see some different graphics and styles, maybe something with a little bit of a "3D look". I saw some templates for powerpoints that may be I can upload to show you what we mean by "out of the box" look and "3d look" and more "graphics in the chart. Give me a hour to find some just to give you an idea. The pictures are meant to give you an idea NOT that we want those particular looks, perse.

These look good however we are trying to get away from the look we have, rather want it to flow in a different pattern. We don't want to do the horizontal long columns as we were looking to have a different shape or just a completely different look than the long columns...
