  on draft#7, would like to see how it looks to implement a water drop or ripple marks on the "r" block

  I like draft #1 and draft #7 the best so far.#7 has a great web 2.0 look and like the icon/block with the "r" in it.
  I am hoping to have the water ripple look a little more prominent or look more like a water ripple, rather than just a set of circular lines radiating out. Can both #1 and #7 be changed up to give it more of that type of water ripple effect. Check out image 16230750 on istockphoto.com for example.

  I would like draft #5 maybe modified to have more emphasis on the word ripple instead of village. It seems to me like the word village draws more attention than ripple. Could we play around with having the words ripple and village draw equal attention and also have one with the word ripple draw the attention... so reverse the current word emphasis
