| We are a New York bagel shop and deli. Our name is Poppy's Bagels & More. I would like to create a "caricature" of Poppy. He should be an older baker wearing a chef's/baker's hat, holding or incorporating a bagel into the design. Perhaps the character of Poppy could be coming out of the hole in a bagel. He should have a New York look without being "too ethnic". The drawing should be sophisticated with a comic edge. I am thinking of something similar in feel to Al Hirschfeld.
