  This is what I was asking for, thank you. Unfortunately, I have not had very good feedback from my people though. They say that it does not convey the message that I will help with residential real estate. People's first impression's were that of an architecture company or commercial property.
  
  I may need to scrap the landmark idea and keep to "houses".
  
  Imagine you are a person who has a house that he cannot sell through normal means (for whatever reasons), but really needs to get rid of the property fast. This is when I would hand him a business card/send a letter with my logo on it. This is the type of target audience. The bridge structure may be too intimidating.
