Congratulations to D3sTrUctO, the winner, who did great work and was quick to respond with tweaks. Thanks also to galen, second place, for understanding the concept and applying the guidelines to his designs so well. Special mention for ready who did everything right from the beginning. Many thanks to all designers for your submissions. Good luck to everyone. I'll invite you all next to do the letterhead font and a business card.
From now on please use only light blues for the 3D shape. If you get 4 stars consider adding the solid black, white and grey outline logos. Refer to Draft #46. I don't want any more silver or any other colors. Thank you all.
Nice tweaks coming out. Creativity showing up. Thanks to the hard working designers who read my comments and adapt. Remember that the 3D curved shape should clearly look like a P but without being a letter P. Remember I only want bright light blues and silvers plus the flat black, the white and the grey outline shapes. Thank you very much for your time and effort.
Thank you for the designs in other colors but I wish to use only light blues and silverish metallic colors for the 3D shapes of P logo. Eventually I will also need a flat black, a white and a grey outline version. Thanks to all again.
Draft #16 is the first sphere and a great example of what I'm interested in: 3D curvature, stylized shape of P, clean, clear, original, creative. Thank you.
Drafts #6, #7, #8 and #9 have the fluidity I want. I like them because they achieve my goal: a 3D curved shape that looks like the letter P without being a letter P. Thanks.
Drafts #2, #3 and #4 are better in that they begin to apply the type of 3D look, colors and techniques I'm looking for. I like Draft #2 because it twists but it could be more dramatic. I want all the surfaces to have curvature in addition to the 3D bends and twists. The P should be more stylized. Thank you.
Draft #1 is not fluid. I want a modern 3D shape that flows and curves and twists or wraps itself, not a classic isometric drawing with vertical lines for depth. But it is very clear and would work well on paper, as I requested. Thanks.
