#48 - this is a bit complicated and still looks more like an equipment company etc.
#50 - this is an interesting concept but looks cheap - perhaps refine and see if you can make it look more sophisticated
#51- this is good - the black and white especially looks good - perhaps work on the color scheme a bit? and the shape of the 'p'?

#22 - this is definitely better - I am not sure what I dont like about it, but it just does not seem very sophisticated. It is good, but not great.
#26 and 30 - 30 is definitely an improvement. I will meet with my partner to discuss- this is in the running.
#27,28 29 and 31 - I like this and it is very creative. I am worried it is a bit gimmicky. It looks to be good quality and I cant think of any way to improve on it specifically, but that is a concern. we like #29 the best - if you can think of a way to improve, we would love to see further refinements or other ideas.

#1 - too techie, dont like how the NP is together, what is the swoosh for - this looks like a software company
#2 - boring typeface, logo looks trite, healthcare type logo
#6 - looks like a gas station not property - needs a lot of work
#7 - the type is ok, the logo needs work, no backwards 'N'
#8 - this is decent logo - this is in the running, the type needs help- shell is pretty good, type on 'N' too bold, doesnt read well
#10 - this is the best so far. can you work on the type and eliminate one color from the design? it looks busy with 2 colors - perhaps the shell is the blue from the nautilus?
#11 - like the symbol and concept but this needs work - especially where the buildings transition to the NP - perhaps eliminate the NP? perhaps the large border? not sure - a good start but not done - typeface of words too blocky/modern
#12 - this looks out of tron or a software product - needs a lot of work
#13 - this was creative but looks like a nonprofit housing company - it needs more sophistication, richer appeal - we are selling $1MM+ properties etc.
#15-18 - these are all similar takes on the same idea - none very successful - I have left in for now - if you put some more thinking/creativity into it - this looks like some custom icon design for a mac program or something - certainly gives no feel that it is a real estate company or any context that makes sense
#19 - this is a good start, but the logo needs work as well as the text -the text is too techie - we are creating modern houses, but this looks like scuba equipment or something, not property related- the logo is pretty poor, but the overall logo design and color use etc. is decent- you have a good start but needs much more work

MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
