  #48 Is very cool. Gives a face to MR House.
  #50 Looks very cute. Not as good as #48 though :-)
  #44 and #55 both really nice looking logos. Maybe a little too straight laced for what we're after. Needs more 'quirkiness'...
  #39 and #40 Like the colours. Can't decide which tag line looks best. Text for MR House is loads better. Not sure about the about the addition to the chimney...
  #51, #52, #53, #54 All cool, but we still prefer #24 for the font and colours...

  #24 and #34 are both still there as we like the design, just arguing between ourselves over which colours and tag line style we like best..
  
  #36 has nice, simple lines to it and seems to bring in a bit of the fun aspect with a smile.
  
  #37 has a really cool idea with a welcoming, open door. The font just seems a little shakey on the 'house' bit, might just be the resolution of the image though.
  
  #38 is nice, but a little straight laced for what we are after I think.
  
  I have no idea if these comments are helping anyone at all, just feel that we should be giving some feedback for all the hard work you guys are doing.

  #23 and #24 are causing us many headaches now.
  
  Both are really good and we are split over which we prefer :s
  
  #23 could do with a couple of tweaks as requested and we really will have a hard decision to make.
  
  Keep up the good work. We really do appreciate all the effort you guys are putting in.

  All the designs coming through are appreciated.
  
  Some of them are a little too rigid for what we are looking for. I think something a little softer is what we are really wanting.
  
  I think draft #5 is defintely leaning towards what we are after. It looks professional, yet is not confined to right angles and overly crisp corners. The colours also work really well on this design. However, it needs to say Property Lettings Specialist on the logo somewhere as MR House is a little too vague as to what we do.
