  I like the concept in #20. maybe flatten the bottom of the curve so that it's horizontal and it looks more like a rising sun. I don't like the fonts so much...

  #48: Remove the blue above the chimney, enlarge the chimney and the curve so that the curve lines up with the "M" and "R" of "morningstar", change the words "realty & assoc" to look like #47 - thanks

  I like #10 alot... maybe add some flair to it...maybe lighten the blue in the words "morningstar" and make the star yellow (light orange with a yellow gradient)? maybe the star's brightness can reflect off of the words morningstar?
