    The ideas are really great. I see where you are really getting the idea about the fiber optics. We like the sharp angular fonts for the name - I think we have pretty much decided we can live without the crown - unless in vague format and tied to the fiber idea in some way. The globes are pretty good too in various forms. The audience is mostly men ( probably 80/20) in various ages, but we do need to appeal to the younger men coming into the business who are very technical and will be looking for a company to deal with that is cutting edge. Thank you for all of your work so far. You have all had many great ideas!

    As we are going through this process I have been searching for a way to help you help us. Fiber optic cable is at the heart of what we sell - in the world of datacom and technology. I found these links that I think will be helpful.

    In this last link you will see a photo in the middle of the first line on page 3. That is the literal product, just to give you an idea, however a graphic that portrays that look would be helpful. Not the fiber optic lamp look though that teenagers like which is what you see in a bundle of fiber cables shining - I think that look entirely would be too pop culture. I hope this helps.

    After discussing with one of the partners - here is a few more thoughts
    #1 - is there a way to make your logo a bit stronger? See my notes above on the suggestions
    #2 - partners liked the type face and the colors - what was your thought on what the graphics exemplified? Perhaps we can make a suggestion after we hear your thoughts.

    After more discussion on Marketing vrs. IT Marketing or Technology Marketing - the current thought is to just use Morgan Hill for the name of the business and describe it
    in separately using IT Technology in a business card or line card. Sorry for the change - use just Morgan Hill for the name

    Lots of great ideas! Thank you for sharing! Some General Comments - we like sharp lines, more than soft edges - strong colors rather than soft colors.
    Instead of the word Marketing - try using IT Marketing or Technology Marketing. show changes both ways - that would be very helpful in decision making.
    LIke 23 - 24 - can you use something different than duplicating the M? Maybe a globe of the planet with a fiber piece surrounding the globe?
    Like #12 - can you use a less deep crown- incorporate above comments.
    Like #10 - less deep crown and incorporate above comments
    Like #6 - crown just alittle too vague - can you adapt and incorporate name change above
    LIke #5 - can you use crown or IT or something else in the circle- try on left side and add above name change
    I am happy to look at any and all changes.

    Just recevied these logos. We have had no service over the weekend due to the storm. I will be checking to see if we can get another two days for more submittals and time for me to make comments and suggestions. I will get back to you shortly.
    They look great!
