  The logo needs to stand out and be remembered and easy to read. Looking for something very eye catching and people will remember if they see the logo or some part of the logo again.

  Really looking for company name to have a wow factor. Would like to see different fonts used. Possibly with the letter S or R in SHARP incorporating a scissor handle of sorts. Looking for something creative! Review the example I uploaded as a reference. Text is Elegant but really pops!

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

  The Company name should stand out much more than the scissor. Any scissor design should be subtle. The tag line should be easily readable and not to small. Looking for White backgrounds primarily.
