I think I have figured out to comment on individual designs. Hope some of these comments have reached the designers.
I wonder if anyone could have a go at incorporating the tag line. Tag line is not set in stone, so the fonts, emphasis, arrangement can be tweeked if you like.

Thanks for your contrasting colours in #12, #13 & #14. They look great.
I am leanng towards the colours in #12, but I think that the letters dont really stand out as well in that one. Can they be ande a bit more bold?

MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

Thank you for your design. I like the graduated colors, the freshness and professionalism of the blues. I like the circle, and the name opposite the logo. I also like that you have incorporated to tag line.
I wonder if you coud play with the font on the tag line - particularly the 'your' so that it uses some other technique than simply capitalization to emphasize our focus being on their success.
I would also prefer a sharper, more defined font for the BMC.

I DO like
i) the graduated colouring
ii) the circle concept - especially the dual lines that give a rounded look to the ring
iii) the distinct line with the name after - especially the layout of the name being solid and balanced.
I'm not 100% sold on the 'M'. I think it tends to get a little lost, possibly because it supports the graduation of the color, AND it blends with the 'C' AND it is off shape, AND it hosts the ring... Perhaps that drowns out the M a bit and the eye is drawn to it to try and figure it out.
Could you clarify the 'M' - maybe even just by giving it parallel legs (although I'm no design expert!). I'd also love to see it in a fresher colorother tthan the gray.
