  The teal color in my color palette should be the lead color in the mark. See my avatar photo. Teal, black and salmon. Use that for inspiration.

  Note: if ROA is in the logo, you can add just Donna Vincent. No need to repeat Roa twice in the mark.

  General instruction: Please use the SAME typeface for ROA that is in the Vincent Roa Group logo that I uploaded. I need to maintain the brand equity with the mark already being used by my company. ROA is the parent of all of the revenue streams, including my personal brand, a jewelry line, a publishing component, etc.
  
  The goal here is to create a mark that allows me to personally brand myself outside of my company, using my full name.
  
  I want ROA to the be anchor and Donna Vincent to be added in an artistic way.

  The ROA name (three capital letters - see file) as presented in my Vincent Roa Group logo has equity. ROA should be the anchor for this design.
  
  Please note: I am not looking to have DVR as the anchor for the design. It's has so many different meanings (e.g., digital video recording, division of vocational rehabilitation, discrete valuation ring, distance-vector routing, direct volume rendering, etc.).
  
  If you choose not to use ROA as the anchor (an option noted in the brief), I would suggest that my name be the artistic element and not DVR initials.
