    Thank you all for your latest designs. May I please remind you that I need to see the drafts on white background.

    The notes on this page complement my brief, so you should please read them. There is too much repetition in some of the latest designs and not enough originality.

    Steady on, guys :)

    I have seen quite a few designs now that use either my initials or the letter W as a graphic element. I like that, it looks good, BUT it does not mean that every new design has to follow this path. There are only so many variations to a theme.

    This project is running another six days and I would love to see other original ideas.

    Designs #27 and #28 very pretty but not appropriate for a portrait photographer. If I were the designer, I would offer this kind of design to a stock photographer.

    A few comments:
    - Looking at the designs that I have received so far, they all look very similar. I need a bit more variety and feel at liberty to stray from the brief if you feel that you have a really strong idea.
    - I really need to see that the logo works on a white background!

    Thank you for all the recent designs.

    I realised that it was a mistake to eliminate some of the designs too quickly, even if I am not considering them. At least, if everybody can see them, it saves people going down a route that has already been explored by another designer. Hence, I have un-eliminated them.

    Just received the first designs - thank you all. Very exciting!

    I have eliminated #2, #3 and #7 mainly because I did not like the script fonts and because the design felt imbalanced and just not exciting enough. I am looking for something that really stands out.

    I liked the overall feel of #1 but think it might benefit from a different script font. The font feels somewhat too rigid, not fluid enough.

    #4, #5 and #6 are attractive but I think that the script font is too similar to a design that I mentioned in my brief. I am not sure about combining a script font with a serif - may be a bit too busy.

    #8 might well look good without the handwriting initials.

    Don't forget, the handwriting/script was just an idea, not a must.

    Generally, I feel that the term 'photographer' should have more visual impact than in most of the first draft submissions. After all, most people do not know just from looking at my name what I do. But I also do not want it overdone of course.
