  #35 Fonts are awesome, switch colors of the 2 words...Texas in orange, Gear in grey. Love the placement of the texas state icon and color combination.
  
  Gear face should be thicker...we make gears not sprockets like you find on a bike. Gear tooth should be more visible and not square.

  Like: gear size but the teeth are not true gear shaped
