    Hi designers,

    Thank you all for your designs. You are surely a creative bunch!

    I have extended my project for 3 days as I am waiting on feedback from my team.

    Please ensure your final design includes the tagline ‘Home Staging’

    And that the letter ‘e’ in Décosy has an acute accent above it.

    How to do this:

    e with acute accent = é ALT + 0233 or é ALT + 130 É ALT + 144

    Or if using a Macintosh, hold the option key, while hitting the E key. Release the option key, and type the letter you want to have accented.

    Many thanks for your ideas, time, effort...and patience. This is a huge decision for me.

    Some great submissions so far!

    Any designs that have not been eliminated are still being given some level of consideration.

    If anyone is able to show how their design may look displayed on a white 4WD, or on stationery, tshirt etc. please do so.

    I have found a link to a pic I also like. I would be interested to see a take on the red house but in a different colour with my details. Perhaps a Real Estate 'for sale' sign, instead of the bottom window. I like the shutters on the top 2 windows. Use your creative expertise.

    #42 - Hi, thanks for joining. I'm not keen on the feather or roof, so I will eliminate some of those. But I do like how the font gets thinner as it highlights the 'deco' part of the name. Perhaps you could cut the roof back to become an accent above the 'e' and remove the feather. Thanks

    @PH I know you said you do not want to use a roof in this design. So I apologize for using one! I only used it because it shows what the feather is symbolizing. I can take it out, but it is up to you.

    #6 #7 & #17 - What else you got for me? :) Adjustments or new. Can you please play around with the font again, perhaps show the accent on the e. Show another shape couch. Can you please show me how it looks without the couch too (but still showing the cushion outline) incase i needed to use just font only. It like that it may be versitile this way. Thanks.

    Can we try taglines ‘Home Staging’ and/or ‘Inspiring Buyers’ instead of ‘Property Staging’?

    Perhaps some designs with a classy feel.

    I have purchased the package deal and will start the stationery/business card comp once the logo is chosen.

    I just wanted to sum up what my business is as my brief was a bit brief. Also feel free to ask any questions.

    Home staging: is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.

    Staging techniques focus on improving a property's appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive product that anyone might want (this includes De-Cluttering, Re-organizing furniture layout to create smooth traffic flow, creating a lifestyle to each room and using accessories(cushions/rugs/artwork etc.) to finish the look.

    Hi all,
    What a great start, I'm very excited!

    (I will use your names below on this occassion as there seems to be a tech error blocking the draft #'s).

    *Feriyancesarudiniqbal - I cant see your designs, the pic wont open :(.
    *Caesarloe - I love the couch & cushion - very cute. Would you mind drafting one with the cushion lilted to the left (to try to incorporate/tie in the accent above the E? And another with another option of font?
    *JABlanco - looks great! The D may need to be joined as one to ensure it does not look like a J.
    *Nadya - I like your fonts thank you, but I think I will not use roofs for this design, perhaps you could add something else?
    *Idegoblog - Thanks, I like the key hole and colours work, but again, I prefer not use the roofs.

    So far, I prefer designs with the pics to help the customer realise what Decosy is.

    I would be interested to see some drafts with whole houses in them or the use of a key or for sale sign. Or just do whatever you think would speak to you as a home seller!

    I will try to provide feedback 2 - 4 times per day.
