#66 - Nice concept! As for the font - can you try and find a font that is clean and more modern? We are technology providers, it should have a timeless, but modern and clean look to it...
#61 - this is too jovial for our business. We crunch medical data. People trust us with their medical decisions for work injuries. There is , sadly, no fun or happiness involved.
#52 - very appealing concept - Here's the key challenge now: Can we modify the dotted logo to represent a more unique shape? We didn't like the circle or the ellipse, and the straight line looks good, but lacks recognition.
#42: Very appealing concept - The only downside is the heart-shape, this is too casual for our clientele. We handle medical data for the purpose of determining medical necessity - for payment. It might help to know that we handle medical cases of injured workers.
# 44 - beautiful! Strong color combination, interesting and appealing Logo - the only downside is that the broken ball concept wouldn't reflect our connecting role between insurance carriers and physicians quite yet...
#35 and 36: Thank you for this interesting concept. Even though graphically, this logo is basically just a plain line, we could probably make that somehow more three-dimensional. We are missing two key concepts in this draft: 1) We link carriers and doctors together. That should be reflected in our logo.
How about Two EKG lines in different colors that interconnect in a technological looking way? One Line could become intermittent to reflect data bits, and then be picked up intermittently by the next EKG line in another color... With PeerLink providing the platform for this connection.... Also, we'd like some three-dimensional effect to it rather than a flat EKG line - maybe it could be oriented into a perspective view? Like a / ?
#28: as an idea: We like the concept of the EKG line - we feel it could be more prominent and big. Is there a way we could incorporate the EKG line as part of the logo, make it more prominent, and possibly find a way to make the EKG flatline float or transition into some sort of intermittent data flow to our clients?
#29 - the logo seems appealing, but the overall concept is awkward and more tribal than clean-cut and high-tech. Can you attempt to maybe employ your graphic concept into a more linear, rather than circular, concept? Maybe at a 45 degree angle?
#25 and #26 - too casual for the nature of our business. We love the EKG line - this could be larger and a more prominent part of the logo. But the cartoon character doesn't apply
Thank you for all the designs so far. Please no dark backgrounds - the logo should be on white background so that it will transpose well on paper...
#19 and # 16 come close, but lack organization. We are also concerned how these two designs will retain their appeal when applied larger, such as in a door sign.
#10 - amazing approach. We like the scattered bits and the color scheme. The speech bubbles are too casual for our business, though. If we found a way to make the scattered bits more organized and interact with each other in a more organized fashion without speech bubbles, this design could be very close to what we need!
Also, try and keep the text more independent from the logo please.
#7 - The text should be separate from the Logo itself. Gradients and Shades in the text would be hard to replicate on Print Material and does not reflect the medical nature of our business. We are providing very conservative services - utilizing modern technology! The text should suggest timeless and clean-cut business professionalism, while the logo should make it clear that we use cutting-edge technology to get the job done.
#8, very nice concept. Again, we would like to use to logo also as a stand-alone pictogram without the PeerLink text. If the graphic element is part of the text, than that would force us to always use the text, too...
Thank you for all the amazing contributions so far. Please consider providing a logo that will be timeless, rather than hype of the moment. It should still be applicable years from now. #5 looks impressive, graphically, but lacks to reflect PeerLink's role as the connecting platform between these medical specialist. While the missing corner completes the picture - it should be clear that PeerLink provides the platform that brings these experts together!
It is also important to note that we work with medical data rather than medical treatment - it is a more technological than medical environment - we do not see traditional doctor's symbology - the aesculap snake, or red crosses - as pertinent to our cause.
Keep up the good work - we're very excited to go ahead!
#1: We like the idea! The logo itself is quite plain, though. It would look too plain when enlarged. Also, it lacks appeal, in that there are no shades, 3D-effects, or gradients that would make it seem higher-end.
