| My restaurant is the only one in Ha Noi (capital of Vietnam) specializing in Nem Ninh Hòa, a delicacy of Central Vietnam. This food consists of small pieces of baked pork (interestingly, pork must come from pig living in Đất Đỏ region, Central Vietnam) wrapped together with vegetables in rice paper and served with sauce (a particular type of sauce with secret recipe). All these ingredients (pork and sauce) are carried into Ha Noi from far-away Central Vietnam. Because of its uniqueness and its strange flavor, this food was greeted with exhilaration, like a grand discovery by Ha Noi clients, especially young women. So I hope the logo can convey this atmosphere, catch women’s attention and offer them the idea of new enjoyment. | ||
