  Really nice job everyone. It's gonna be a hard decision. One special note of concern we should address: Edmonton is the city name, Classic Properties is our unique identifier. The work Edmonton should not be so 'over powering'. The lettering on Classic Properties should be at least 50% of the size of the word Edmonton, with dark or 'vibrant' colour. thanks all, we hope this will be easy to amend.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
