  I've reviewed these designs with a few members of our company. We've decided that we want it to say Thermo King of Indiana under the TKOI and we want the logo to have at least two of the following colors (black, gray, blue). Please re submit with this in mind. Thanks!

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
