  Thanks for the drafts so far. I am looking for a professional look that is not too loud. Maybe try color coordinations of blues and blacks. Also please keep in mind that this logo, will not only be on web, but will also need to translate to print properly so shading of tones would need to be toned down.

  #9, #10, #11 are heading in the right direction, but not sold on the "people" graphics. #8 too colorful.

  #4 and #7. #7 is a better option and font is on type is on the right path, but not sold on the graphic relation. #5 & #6 are good concepts but look to be better suited for a retail boutique environment. Please try to cater more to a higher end professional look. Same with #12, too gimicky.

  #3 is also an intriguing option, maybe try tightening up the graphic and using alternate colors. The font may be a bit too thick.

  #1 I like the direction of this and colors better than #2. Going in a professional direction and clean. Maybe try some alternate graphic.
