    hi again,
    my client would like to see the symbol and overall design of #79 with font from #72.

    for draft #67.
    the client likes this draft, but would like to see a version with something filling the large open gear shape. Please refer to this image for inspiration.
    Thanks for your submissions.

    draft #17, I like the symbol and the colors and the font; please try a version adding the word "COG" before "Analytics"

    draft #52, draft #57, draft #58 please try a version with lime green color instead of blue

    draft #55 like but please try a version without the globe and with "Analytics" in all caps

    draft #56, draft #57, and draft #58 here "Analytics" is larger than "COG" please try versions with "COG" bigger than "Analytics" or with both words the same size

    draft #57 and draft #58 Please try a version with a serif font as in the logo from riskproject.org

    #35 We like the layout of the text part; the font is close to what we want, though the font could be a bit thinner; please try different, muli-cog image as described in notes and image. (please see previous comment )

    #37 - Like the cogs but wonder if they could be a bit more intricate, like the examples in notes from client. (Please see previous comment.) Also, like the name presentation, please try a version with a thinner font for the word "COG"

    #41 would like to see thinner font

    #43 - Like the name presentation but not the symbol; please try a version with a different symbol; please see client's notes and sketches in previous comment

    #46 - Name presentation not bad, do not like the symbol; please see client's notes and sketches in previous comment

    #47- #48 - Please make "COG" font could be slightly thinner. Please try a different version of the multiple gears, making it more intricate, perhaps as provided in notes and image. (please see previous comment )

    draft # 51 Client really likes the multiple gear symbol but would prefer font for the name similar to that used in logo on riskproject.org. (Sorry I don't know name of the font.) Thanks.

    draft #42. Client really likes the text treatment /font for the name.
    However, client does not like the swoosh symbol. Client would very much like to see a symbol with multiple gears. Please see sketches, notes and image from previous comment on image. thanks

    Hello all designers. The client has provided some more guidance and input.

    The client has provided some design ideas and written notes with regards to what they are looking for. The client hopes that you will use these as a suggestions and will develop the ideas further. Please see the clients sketches and notes in the PDF file here: http://academicwebpages.com/preview/COG%20analytics%20logo%20contest/

    Below is a link that shows images of some interesting looking cogs
    that we like. It conveys motion and depth, but above all illustrates a range
    of different cog designs that would translate well to 2-D application.

    draft #41. I sort of like the gear; I hate the figures with the neckties inside the gear. Please try a version with multiple gears. Thanks.

    draft #28 - Please separate the letters a little to help distinguish one from another and finish off the top of the "G" a little more.

    draft #35 - The client likes the cog but not the orange triangular design next to it. Please try versionsintegrate the cog image into the word "COG" or use the cog image in a different way.

    for draft #14, please try a version using the same text treatment for the name "COG analytics" with a new, symbol that incorporates multiple cogs and gears working together as in this image: http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-6007483-cog-stack.php?st=04e404a

    This image shows how a cog (gear) can be used to transfer small movements into larger ones. The concept that the client is hoping to convey is that small actions can lead to larger and more powerful impact.

    more feedback from client:

    draft #21 and draft #22 client feels this is too techie and dated

    draft #23 please try a gear/cog image instead of a partial globe

    draft #14 we like the lean and clean look of the symbol in this draft

    draft #17 please try keeping the symbol on the left, but please add the "COG" text above "analytics"

    Many thanks for your revisions! Here is some more feedback from the client:

    draft #9, please try version with a gear instead of the globe

    draft #17 please try a version without the arrows in the symbol, and perhaps incorporate a gear shape into the outer circle of the symbol,

    draft #20 please try a version without the globe in the center of the "COG"

    draft #26 please try a version with a gear shape instead of a circle

    Here is some more information about the company:

    COG Analytics is a research and technology company committed to identifying and addressing the social and environmental determinants that contribute to poor health outcomes.  The company’s focus is on the development of technologies that are designed to promote healthy behaviors.

    Here is some feedback from my clients:

    For all designers, we would welcome designs using a neutral grey and orange color scheme.

    draft #1, looks a bit dated and static;

    draft #2, looks a bit dated ;

    draft #5, we like this draft, but are concerned that it is too much like ATT globe logo, please try a cog (like a gear) image where the partial globe image is now;

    draft #9, dates, too typical, not inspiring;

    draft #12 looks dated; please try a version with a cog in place of the globe;

    draft #13 we like the clean lines, but this is a bit too bland and static;

    draft #14, please try another variation of the cogs/gears, perhaps without the enclosing circle;

    draft #16 looks a bit dated ;

    draft #17 treatment of the COG is too confusing; we cant read "COG"; please try a version with a different treatment of COG text. We like the use of orange.

    draft #18 a bit too busy, but going in the right direction; please try a version without the globe in the center of the "O" in COG;

    for draft #5, can you please try a blending of a cog image and a globe image?
    thanks.

    Thanks for your submissions!

    For all designers, please try treatments using a cog shape (like a gear, with teeth) for the symbol.

    for draft #3 please try a different image for the symbol at the front. I don't like the rainbow color scheme. Not sure where you are going with shape of that there.

    draft #5 I like the treatment of the text best in this design

    draft #7 and draft #8 I am not sure what the symbols are supposed to represent here. Can you try an alternative image/symbol?

    for #9, #10, #11, #12, #13 please try a version with a cog as opposed to a globe image.
