  I think the blue and gold on our sister logo is very flat. the colors you have on #10 are much more fluid, it just doesnt have quite the presence, or impact that I would want. Educational standards are absolute. I guess the colors I am looking for would convey that absolute, solid feel...deep blues, reds, or even greens, possibly. Just some thoughts.

  Thank you for your comment on draft #10. When you mention that your agency is blue and gold, is that something you would like to see incorporated into the revised draft or something to stay away from?

  Draft #10: I really like this design. I am not sold on the color scheme, but it is definitely in the right direction. OUr other agency is blue and gold. I think that the circle could say something more.

  Draft#7: Very creative. I love the image of the cross on the globe. The circle doesnt really convey the concept of 'international' as strongly as I would like. And the words seem to get lost. If they could POP more, I think I might really like this.

  I like the creativity of this design, but it probably is not as 'disciplined' as an image that we are trying to portray.

  Draft #3: I love the world map watermark on this. In fact there are several elements I love about thiis design, but I do not care for the square configuration of the ILCS.

  Draft #2: The only recommendation that i have is when printed, the sepration of colors on the globe are not very distinct (More specifically, the lines).

  Love this concept of draft #1. The only thing that I would like to see is a deeper blue. Also, the possibility that the globe appear inside the "C" and the "C"C become larger than all the rest of the letters?
