Well, I guess when you submit 1/3 of all submissions you must have a better chance. The #11 design by dayzdesign looks much better than the one that was chosen.

I am new here to this site, but I am wondering why do people submit the same design 3 times in a row? It's fairly annoying to me as the designer, but it's got to be annoying to the contest holder. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT A DESIGN ONCE!
