  Really like #38. Would like the arrows to be a little more obvious. Can't tell they are arrows unless you look closely. Crisp and clean. Very nice!

  I like #18 better that #19 because the Results goes beyond the confines of the circle.
  #15 does a good job of reflecting the many iterations of gaining insight, taking action, seeing results.

  #12, I like the arrow pointing to the right, but the size and positioning somehow dominate and detract from the words, which are more important. A great first submission. Thank you.

  #7 Shows movement and suggests iteration. It is compact and the flow of it works well with the eye. Excellent!

  Sergem, Thanks for the quick response! I like the top one better. I am thinking of using this to replace the "business man drawing boxes" graphic near the bottom of my home page. Can you add an arrow going from insight to action and one going from action to results? Thanks!
