Keep in mind that we are open to whatever ideas you have. We are trying to do something really different and new, aimed at a creative audience so nothing is off limits.

Aamir,

Thanks for being the first to take a shot at this design. We are looking for something a little more "grungy" though. Something in a "street Art" style that is simple and in a single color. We also don't need Music in the logo just room to add music or whatever to the logo later.
The logo itself shouldn't be associated with Music because we will do much more than Music in the future. Instead we want the logo to be associated with freedom or defiance. Possibly making the first "I" a simple flag design that goes across the top of Defi? Think something along the lines of a "grungy" Nike logo.

Also, we would like the logo in a single color but done in 3 versions; Black, White and Red please.

Thank you very much for your hard work! I hope this offers some guidance as to what we are looking for.
