| It needs to be bright, modern, clean. Its for a start up real estate agency operating in the city. Melbourne Australia. I'm thinking black background, hot pink text all lower case -with some spots of colour to represent city lights. Fonts I like are similar to arial but i'd like a rounded y. I've seen one I like called Claritty which has long hs which I think represent high rise buildings quite well. This logo will need to appear on real estate website so needs to be legible quite small (see realestate.com.au) My target market for this company is gen ys who like the inner city lifestyle experience. I'm also going to order a second logo for the other end of my market which will be for Holly Prestige Property which will be aimed at the upper end and be more conservative as well as a website for each entity but I want to try this first. also Melbourne is situated on a river - the yarra and my bsiness operates around the river precincts of Southbank and the city so I'm open to a curved line in it maybe just under the text to represent the river - but that may get too cluttered - have a play | ||
