#3 thanks Nadya
Love the font and we're on the right track. The house is not quite right as I sell high rise apartments in the city and those colours are not for me but I do like the way you're used bold for holly. can you try pink for holly and other colours for the property? Cheers Susan

below I've put a link to a website page I like the background for and would like to use something similar as my website background. I'd like to tie the logo etc into this theme if possible.

#2 I'm liking this one more - again I need it more linear - rectangular I really like the house inside the H and also the impression of the high rise above the y - maybe do that on the "l" though rather than having an extra bit above the y. I'd like to get some city light colour in there also please bright green, blue, yellow, purple.
thanks for the feedback.. i will resubmit my design...
can you provide feedback via private message??
thanks God Bless

#1 on the right track.I like the colour - the font is pretty good. The roof over the H doesn't really work as I sell mostly in high rises and to me this is more representative of a stand alone house. I want my branding to evoke high rise buildings. But maybe not - it certainly evokes a building.
the font size of the word property is going to get lost in most of the applications this will be used for. - mostly print advertising and website ads on real estate sites. please have a look at www.realestate.com.au to see what I mean> the logos that are too fussy and with small font lose their impact and are illegible. also the design needs to be more rectangular than square shape for the applications it will be used for - think single column print advertising and website branding. But thank you for being so fast!
