    You need a more thorough brief. It is extremely difficult to understand your requirements when the brief is so thin and doesn't even explain what text you want incorporated.

    Aso you might want to start scoring some designs so that your prospective winners will be able to adjust to your needs. In the end it will only improve your final results.
