    Trying to be as fair as I can with participants, I will reward for my contest the following 4 designers for their nice effort, adding some extra prize after the finalization.

    Dear friends.
    I have only good things to say for all of you, and for this fair process that really revealed to us so many talented designers.

    Unforunately I can not reward ALL but only 1 will get the PRIZE, for the final winner LOGO we will use. But I have decided that I will reward 2 more dsigners with some amount, for their nice effort and for being in the 2nd and 3rd place.

    Give me some time to see all projects, to study them carefully, and after we talk with messages to discuss possible corrections I may need, I will announce the winner that will get the prize 218 $, and 2 more designs will be promoted with 40$ each for giving us a nice work too.

    This is just a small extra reward for you made me feel extra indebted with your devoted work.

    For all others, i have to say that I have kept a total list of participants, and I will promote to friends that want to start a contest for invitations.
    I hope we will meet soon in a future project.

    Dear designers.
    Thank you ALL for your beautiful designs, and the devoted participation. Also thank you all for your help, replies and comments. I tried to follow the contest step by step to help and guide your talent to meet our need. Forgive me for any mistakes, I am not a designer and just tried my best.

    As we go to the last day, to be fair and not underestimate the full contest, I had to vote for first time with 5-stars, the designs that are ahead (although they need some changes to be made).
    This does not mean that are the winners already, but that they have the most chances from other ideas so far.

    But the contest runs.
    So, you or any new designers, please try your final best shot, as I am not going to extend the contest for more time.

    Seeing so many talented designers in this contest, I believe, that if an other design or idea to appear and win will not be a big surprise.

    Sorry if I eliminated some of your design. From the beggining of the contest, as you can see, I try to keep always only a low number of designs active, in order not to make ALL the designers waste too much of their time for designs that will not go far.

    I eliminate an idea, not the designer, not the wish for a new idea.
    If we keep an idea active, or we ignore it unrated, this looks like waiting, or pending to improve, and we will lose time for the next idea to come...

    We see too often, more than I was expected the "BARS in a cycle, with an arrow" design.

    This design have appear too much,
    and I am not sure if it can get any better.
    We have many similar of this, and we eventualy have eliminate some very good ones just to vote different ideas, as we have one very good of this design.

    Coming to the end of the contest, I would like to see perhaps a different idea, your idea. Of a logo somehow relative to "Financial advice, Investment know-how, Technical Analysis, Charts, Stock Market, Trading"

    If you would like to visit a site with this subject, what logo would you like to see?
    Design this.

    But, If you believe that your version of "BARS in a cycle, with an arrow", will beat #117, #118, #129 ... then do it of course.

    Happy to see too many different ideas, and new designers in the contest !!!
    It will take us some time here to study all new logos that submitted, and to vote carefully for it.
    Please forgive me if I have to eliminate a design that is yours...
    Some of them I like it very very much, to be honest, but we try to keep focus on our need to find a logo that suits the profile of the company. I will try to leave only the top 20, this time.
    Submit more ideas/colors if you think you have something different or improved in mind.

    The least I can do is to advertise the site and your work, and to keep your record for future invitations to other projects.

    I thank you ALL for your designs. I really appreciate your effort and time, and I am happy that I decided to run this contest, as I see very good logos and I see so many talented designers participate.
    I am trying to eliminate duplicates or low rated and to keep to the end as less as possible, but it is really difficult to eliminate some.
    I get some help from my partners to vote for, and FYI we eliminate designs that for many different reasons can not be winner.
    I remind you that although some designs are very nice I have to pass, because the logo has to be suitable for a Financial site, so have to be somewhat solid and serious (not too happy) look.

    * Some of the designs I give 3-4 stars may deserve better and are waiting to see for some changes or improvements from designers,
    either some I told them, or some they may think of.

    One final tip. This is the site under construction, with an experiment batch LOGO I made myself - unfortunately I am an awful designer :)

    I hope that helps. It is going to be a financial-oriented site, with Technical Analysis and proposals for investments, so I look for something majestic and smart.

    Sorry if i have to ELIMINATE and leave always less than 10 drafts. I do it for 2 reasons.
    i) I do not want ideas that are too simple and have no luck, to remain visible, because designers may think that if they improve it or change colors, it could win. So, I eliminate drafts that I do not want the designer to waste more time to improve it or change it.
    ii) I want designers to give their own different unique idea, and not to see the same project again and again "3-4 Bars within a cycle, an arrow or a man".
    Because they may think that this is the project they have to follow, and they give similar type of logos, with similar 2-color compination.
    So, I will keep visible only less than 10 better designs to the end, hoping that I will see also different project and different color compinations.
    If there are other colors like GOLD, SILVER, DARK GREY, BLACK, INDIAN RED, DARK BLUE, or any other you may believe that can give a serious (no happy) result... i would like to see a 2 - 4 color compination with a unique design. I can not use just 3 bars in a cycle that I see too often.

    TO ALL:
    For the moment, I have not anything better from designers, than the 2 logos that I voted with 4-stars, and I do not know if it can get any better, as newer comings are either not following the brief, not subject oriented, or not better than the 4-star rated.

    But I have seen in older designs for other projects, fantastic works.
    Please try to give me some inspired. Perhaps a try of the HAND as instructed, with 5 fingers that remind a series of candlesticks,
    or a 3D, or some noble color compination.

    You are the designer. Draw one as if it was for yourself.

    I welcome the 2 new designers. Thank you for participating. #23, #25 are not in any way related to subject that is "Charts, Technical Analysis, Finance, Stock Market etc". #26, #27 try the HAND project but as #6 are not remind me of a hand. Also I would prefer for fingers "candlesticks" or fat "OHLC bars", if someone try to design a hand, (that was my starting idea, but seems difficut to handle so far). #28,#29 also not too relative to the subject, and please not use too highlighted and fancy colors. As mentioned in my brief, the central subject of the site is about Finance, so I would like possible compination of colors that are somehow serious and not too happy.

    Dear friend designers. I will eliminate someat this time, and i will send details for the remainers that I like and will go to the finals. I hope other designers to participate also, before the axpiration, as i want to see some totally different ideas, and to make the contest guaranteed the last 5 days not that I saw at least some that I like and could win. Thank you both for your help. As already said, I will promote your time you spend for me with a gift, no matter if you finaly win, to reward your help and to feel fair.

    Cool !!! Seing first #9, could not expect that with some little changes #11 would look so much better. It is the most bussiness oriented so far. Not so unique, not so fascinating design, but in the right direction, makes me think of Technical Analysis. Make the hand same size as #3 and we keep that idea for working on. #12 it seems dificult to get a lot better and win. We better leave this cube.

    #5 is a 4 star, for it is pretty nice & unique idea. I vote it one step down, with 3 stars, only because I want to give 4 stars to the improved one, seeing you testing other fonts to be taller and much easier to read. Also try with small letters, instead of all capitala. I am not sure about that, just want to check. Please try other color compinations too to see what happens. It is avery interesting design. The opposite pair of colors, where grey to be blue, is it good ?
    #6 is my idea of a hand-like design, but it is not good enough, so i will expect to see a better hand, else i will prefer to choose a winner design without a hand...
    #7,#8 I eliminated as was far away from what I am looking for. #9, can you just place this design, with the hand below the line, and the exact same text and color of design #3 ??? #10, the fonts of #4 are better and the best so far. Yellow I do not like, but the blue cube is good. Can you test #4 to have BLUE bars and arrow, and 10 to have Grey inside (but continue with fonts of #4)

    #3 I like it. I feel like I would like to give it 3 1/2 or 4 stars, but i do not want to make other designers think that I want to move their thoughts to this direction. I want to see many more and different ideas. I like the compination of color. If not better idea soon appear I will give it 4 stars to be fair. #4 Not bad at all, I want to give it 3+ if I see a different color compination. White is losing there. Thank you for your nice creations.

    Sir, thank you for your design.
    #1 is simple, not a unique idea or an impressive 3D, but a lot closer to the general idea than #2. The BLUE is a good colour and one of its colorations may reach the finals I believe. But I want to see other color combinations too. Green not so good for the occasion. Perhaps I would like to see a grey, silver, or dark grey... something less highlighted there for sure. Different font could work better also.
    About #2, note that "Trader" I want to be same size with "Greek", that is for sure and will not change. With "G" and "T" always CAPITAL as you have it. Pointing hand is nice, but target board not so relative, possible a small part of a stock chart would be better. If we manage it to be a hand i would like to see something unique. I do not have problem if the DESIGN (Bars, Hand, Arrows, anything) is left of the letters, instead above, even if logo is longer this way. Thank you.
