Announcement: Project Holder has not selected a contest winner within 15 days, therefore MycroBurst will announce the winner and award prize according to "MB Contest Policy".
We are proud to award the prize to “honeybadger” for design “#71”.
All of the designs submitted were good, and it was hard to pick just one winner. Good Luck in your next contest!
Dear Designers, thank you for your input. Marie-Louise, your design #37: thank you for shortening the USPs in the top bar to read only utan mjölk - utan ägg - sojafri - laktosfri'. I can see that it compromises legibility to enumerate too much. I very much like the colour composition. However, I feel that one colour bar is sufficient. Maybe we can drop the second bar at the bottom. Is it possible to use the grains in the backdrop colours (see the background used by i.e. honeybadger #38). Instead of the simple oval white shape I like honeybadger's shape of design #36. This shape should be large enough to envelope/allow for both the LILLEFOGEL logo and the grain branches to find place without touching the sides of the shape. Maybe you can play around with the strapline's fond. You can also give a bit more space at the top - right now the strapline looks kind of 'squeezed in', rather than coming across as associations to be remembered: in English the strapline means 'tasty. healthy. organic'. Designers, thank you for your continued input!
Dear Designers, the sketch is now up. Honeybadger, design #36: I like to see the strapline at the top, under the Lillefogel logo. Please change the fond so that it is not dual-coloured brown-beige. The backdrop of the LILLEFOGEL should be white. LILLEFOGEL in simple black as #35. Could you please integrate a few grains that pick up on the Logo grains - see #35 but a bit more delicate - see the Prada reference (i.e. where the knots are there could be a spelt element). Hope the sketch will clarify as well. Looking forward to your works.
Hi, here is a nice inspiration on how to surround the LILLEFOGEL logo. See how the Prada fragrance is enveloped. It allows for a light backdrop and stands out very well from the backdrop colour. Maybe the loops can be adjusted for to reflect the whole grain aspect/pick up on the stylized spelts which form part of the LILLEFOGEL logo. evenhttp://www.wallpaper.com/lifestyle/prada-infusion-de-fleur-doranger/3230
Dear Designers, I am very sorry that my sketch could not be uploaded via the site. I have emailed it to mycroburst support and hope that they will upload it asap. For now,the space that features the product name, the 'empty' center should be almost 2/3 as #18, draft to the right. The LILLEFOGEL logo should be the simple version, maybe not in black, but not in bubble or with 2 colours. It feels so blurry then. The simple version in front of a light background as #35 works fine. Neji, please do not use a round/circle around LILLEFOGEL logo as it otherwise becomes too small. I like honeybadger #32 variation with the 2 magenta-coloured stylised spelts on top of LILLEFOGEL. I like #35 the branches around LILLEFOGEL. This should however not be in a round, rather an oval-like shape as LILLEFOGEL otherwise becomes too small. Designers, I understand if you wish to see the promised sketch first. The slogan 'Gott. Nyttigt. Ekologiskt.' should be right under the logo; it is the strapline (like the slogan 'just do it' under the NIKE swoosh).Thank you for all your hard work thus far.
Dear Designers, thank you for all your creativity thus far. Very appreciated!Neji, I like the light backdrop for the logo (#22) as well as the colour blocking. All designers, the fond for the product name will always have to be in ARIAL. The label will be delivered 'empty'/ with no text in the middle. Please consider for design that the product name will be added in production and that it will always be printed in black arial. I have asked mycroburst to upload a sketch I made based on your creative input. Instead of a simple round circle (#22) around the LILLEFOGEL logo it would be great if you could pick up on the 'whole grain' aspect of the product and incorporate this around the logo (see the sketch, see how honeybadger #15 used it as a backdrop. Design #5 uses it in the middle section but I feel the current branches are too 'strict'). The USPs could be in another colour block section - maybe white fond on darker background? It would be nice to move the KRAV logo up as this is a 'seal of approval' for this being a great organic product. I also like to juxtappose colours. I.e. the chosen backround colour of honeybadger i.e. the light turquoise of #4, #5, #6, then the grain around the LILLEFOGEL logo in a magenta or red. The backround for the LILLEFOGEL logo in light colour (white/cream) so that it stands out. Dear designers, you do not need to worry about the weight indication as this will be added according to the product in the production. This label should be universally applicable to all the different products. My sketch is in block-lettering but you can feel free to change as long as you keep in mind that the product descript will always be in black Arial fond. Hope this clarifies a bit already. Looking forward to your input.
Dear Designers, thank you for the submissions thus far. Please note that the label needs to be portrait style. Neiji, shape should be rectangular. Honebadger, please remember that the product is already brownnish so I would very much appreciate bold, stand-off the shelf colouring. As mentioned in the brief, I very much liked the simplicity and universally applicable design of the Penguin books in the 1930s. Honeybeger, I like the size of the KRAV logo. All designers, this should be in green. The LILLEFOGEL logo, I like it being placed on the top. However, in order to give it more visibility let us drop the circle around it. All designers, it is sufficient to write the Swedish words. The English was just to create understanding. Thank you for your efforts and keep being creative on this!
Dear Designers, you will find 3 files in the upload section: 1 pdf file of the current label for one of the products. Note that there is almost no visibility for the 'Lillefogel' logo, which I would like for you creative minds to adress. Also, the product name will in the future appear in black arial fond. This, so that I can use the same label and change the product name in accordance to content. The product is whole grain - so a brownish product colour. I would like to have a really bold colour to juxtappose the brownish beige of the product. The label should exude positivity and style. The KRAV logo (this is the local organic association) is used but has too little visibility as well. The KRAV and LILLEFOGEL logo are the other two files. I will upload both of these in a higher resolution. Thank you for making this a great label!
