Drafts #42 and 43, the crescent moon is always placed to the left of the palm tree. A highway sign may be better than a rustic sign.

Draft #22 - I like the state symbol incorporated in the logo. The design is very clean, but shows motion / energy.

Thanks, everyone, for the design submissions. Just a few notes about Florence - the area is very flat, and the only body of water we have is a river.
