  check out entries by maxmix, aguadaj, litsavin, ojsgraphix, aethria.. do they look different from mine? YES, they are different.. and that's being original and creative.. honestly take a look at look previous entries.. OBVIOUSLY your first entries didn't work out so you based a concept from a good rated design.. be honest with yourself..

  derivative comes from "derived". Graphically you may say that the two logos "look" different but the idea is derived from mine. in other words, supposing this is a blind contest, it is very unlikely that you would submit a concept like that.. you based your entry from mine..

  Thank you everyone for your submissions thus far. i think we getting there but i havent found the perfect fit as of yet.
  
  I think the the missing link is the symbol being used. nothing is sticking out as a clear winner for me.
  
  We looking for a classic look and feel, but cutting edge at the same time. Clean clear lines.
  
  I look forward to seeing what else you have to offer.

  #7 looks great, im a bit concerned about the ability to print the logo going forward, specifically with the white in the swirl?? may need to test it
  
  I like the blue, can i see it in a darker shade of blue, as well as a shade of green.
