  #1: This looks really elegant, professional and has a technical feel, however I believe that's due to the fact it reminds me of YouTube. Anything else you can tweak to make it less YouTubey, but maintain the same feel?

  #2: I like this one, however it has somewhat of a "cartoon" feel. Once concern is the black backdrop. Most places where this logo will be used will require a white backdrop. Also, I am not a fan of the red, perhaps try a different color?

  #4: This does not look like a technical company's logo. Very nice, but gives the impression that it's a hotel or a spa.
