  It turns out that the company changed from a corporation to an LLC. So the name will change EVERYWHERE including on the logo.
  
  OLD COMPANY NAME: DiTara, Inc.
  NEW COMPANY NAME: DiTara, LLC.

  Please do upload AI or EPS format of your logo which needs to be incorporated on the stationery designs. You can upload file from My Projects area of your account.

  Attention Designers!!
  
  The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork.
