  dear Ch - there goes without saying - claws are generic to the contest as your firm name suggests - that does not mean everyone is open to use the claws in a clicle - thats the point of contention here - you simply dont seem to understand the nuance of concept and copyright issues - am so sorry to say that

  i faced the same situation before in ChiTown project :) because client wants me to use the Chelilands shrimp character.That time i was the one who got the 4stars
  
  
  .But Cheliland and me we both decide that if client want this thing we can go for that as well. We can do it together we both were agreed because this is about "ETHICS" … so prize money was divided equally and we both are happy .At least you people can do this … :)

  Ahh..I know that's happens when any designer got 5star in the starting.that's why I gave comment on vector's work.
  
  @jaguu: so much respect as designer and really sad not to won this and advise to you don't take part earlier,submit your concept at last moment.
  
  @ CH: this was not rumors..."rumors are what we heard" and we clearly saw as designer that winning design is straight copy and you discuss earlier "you won't leave feedback for copied version"......is you stand up for your own words???

  did you ask yourself as designer"is it authentic way to treat others work". crowdsourcing is not all about money but you have to be gain respect from other fellow designers.you did something that was not right for designer's community"don't call yourself a designer".

  Really sad for Jaggu not to have won this... @thesign: How much can Site Admin do? It's for us designers to show the basic decency and decorum of not copying other designs and ideas. I'm personally against even copying the core thought of a logo. Couple of times I faced it but I managed to squeeze out the copiers.
  
  Now the funny thing is, it is illegal to use RingBearer font since it clearly mentions in the font agreement that "Commercial use and/or modification of this font are not allowed". You can't even buy it! :( That's the only reason why I did not participate in this project though I badly wanted to.

  Pretty clear case of copying anothers work for the winner. Great concept Jaggu and it should have been yours to develop to the final product.

  one more thing I also PM you that if you need any refinement on my concept then ASK me not others.why should you gave orders to them to refine my entry.I work hard on my concept and I know how i feel right now.I can also add claw or metal sheet but I respect other designer's work.

  Hello everyone.
  
  To settle all rumors, I will elaborate on our decision.
  
  In the end we chose Vector's designs as a whole the ones we wanted to go with.
  
  There was no copying as all the "symbols" of the design as well as the font and ideas of claws/talons came from our design specs.
  
  Jaggu, Zag your designs were in the end not what we could use in certain aspects of what we want to do with the logo.
  
  Thanks to all for your submissions.

  we always complaining the other as copycat or something...but the funny thing is ADMIN still running the same system. Dear ADMIN sometime make a blink contest, so designers couldn't copy the 5 stars design..thank you.

  claws are generic to the contest, so that open for anyone to use - but who done claws in a circle first owns the concept and there can be no taking on the same idea - unless that idea came from the CH - otherwise i dont see how claws in a circle is open for every one to follow.

  @Coldkiller: That's the spirit! We all are sure you'd go places! Anyone can pick up software knowledge and what it really takes to do great logos is great imagination and original thinking both of which you have. Way to go!

  Cold. Keep up the good work. The more you try the better you will get. This is a high end project and there are a lot of very good submissions. We will be doing final votes, selections, edits tonight and then that will leave a day for final submissions.
  
  Please do not leave comments about people stealing ideas. I have discussed with some designers privately about ideas, and their submission could be an idea we have suggested.
  
  Please let us worry about that. Thank you to everyone for submitting designs. It is going to be a hard choice soon....

  @logomaniac - Bonjor, I've dropped out as I'm not very good compared to some of you other designerd. Only picked up Illistrator cheep in a shop the other week and thought I'd give it a go to see how well I would do... but watch this space! I think if I keep playing around and practising, I maybe able to give some of you guys a run for your money... I hope anyway, lol!

  Great submissions so far. You can see some of the top designs so far 4 - 5 stars. That is the kind of concept we are looking for.
  
  Please read thru our comments and brief if you think you have a submission that competes please submit it.
