  Wow...We must admit that some of the designs were disappointing at first, but they really started coming together over the weekend. Nice job everyone. You have made it a tougher decision than we thought it was going to be.

  #28..very clean and good color. worried how the round logo would look on a cup or tank truck stretched out?
  #50..like the oval design and shadow, please change color to red and blue
  #47..Leading contender, please make the Conlee more bold and red. like the graphic going threw the "O"

  I apologized to wgrpcanada for the confusion, but we started feeling bad that none of the design's were attractive to us. So, we wanted to at least give a rating on color and graphics.
  Moving forward the logo's are getting much better.

  Ok, so you asked for no oil drops, yet the oil drop logos are getting your highest star ratings ?!? Hmmm

  So far, honestly, nothing has grabbed us yet. Keep in mind we are mainly a convenience store chain. Oil droplets and oil rigs do not pertain to what we are looking for. Maybe a small droplet for the dot in the letter "i". Could you make the "C" flow under "conlee". Please experiment with some shadowing of color. Again, look at the example's in my 1st comment. That should give some common characteristics.

  Thank you to all that have submitted a logo. Most of you are using an OIL droplet in the logo and that is NOT neccessary. We are leaning towards logo's that have graphics around or under our name. Our stores are well known for the "CONLEE" name, so we like the logo's that make Conlee stand out or that use our name boldly. In the portfolio page, AGEDGE pg1, meade ins pg5, king cakes pg 4, & digital system pg12, are all attractive to us.
