I’d like to thank everyone for participating in this contest. As you can tell, making a decision was extremely difficult.
Cromox, Desideria, jVisualFlow and Astrolify submitted some of the most innovative designs I’ve ever seen. I’d like to thank you all for your hard work, dedication, attention to detail and professionalism!
Again, thanks to all that participated! I currently have another contest open at http://orders.logodesignguru.com/contests/business-journal-logo-need and I’d like to welcome all designers to join in on the fun.
The logo will be used on the web, on business cards and some (few) printed advertisements. I do like 3D designs, but I'm not 100% sold on a 3D logo. I like #119 a lot because there’s a cool 3D orb, and it has the additional (big bang type) design above it. When I see #119, I think, wow there’s alot going on there. For Element IT, we have a lot going on. We do computer support, server administration, networking services, etc..
My primary means of advertisement is on the web. I need a logo that can stand on its own without the words Element Info Tech next to it. I'm looking to build a brand. A logo that by itself would make you think of Element IT and/or a Technology Service Provider.
I know it's difficult because of the black background, limited color options and designing a logo that doesn’t look like the e from Internet Explorer or eMachines. There are still a few more days left, I'm still open to a great creative idea that makes sense.
Please visit elementinfotech.com to see some of the services offered. Please do not get caught up on creating a logo based off of what the website looks like. When the new logo has been selected, we plan to build a new website based on the new logo.
The first 3 designs created up to this point are great, keep em coming! What I'm looking for is something that’s modern, classy and screams professional service. Black and White, or Black and Silver or Black and Gold. Almost Donald Trump like -- only more modern.

The background for elementinfotech.com is black. When submitting designs, will you please show how it will look with a black background?
