Thank you for the designs so far. They’ve been really helpful in clarifying my thinking on this. What I would really like to see is a design that is based more on typography / lettering. So the “training” would look organic perhaps like some of these:

#2 I quite like the green and blue combination, but it just doesn’t convey a sufficiently professional image. Our clients are primarily large corporates.

#1 I like that “Simulation” is bigger than “Training”, but think that the colours and lettering would be better the other way round. I.e. “Training” in the more organic colour and lettering style. I’m not sure about gold as a colour – paired with the grey it makes the overall design rather muted (our simulations are quite the opposite). Thank you.
