I have one more concept that might be a good basis for a logo. Since we are focused on city, county and community, maybe create an image with 3 interlocking/layered/shadowed "C"s either separately or as part of the word Civitas.

I appreciate all the submissions, however, I have received enough that are off track that I thought I would emphasize that this is a COMMERCIAL real estate company, not residential real estate, so references to houses or pitched roofs are not appropriate. We deal with office buildings. Also, this is a very serious, conservative, sophisticated industry that is very male-dominated so please focus on an aesthetic that would appeal to that audience. Thank you again for taking the time to participate in this contest.
