All -
Thank you SO MUCH for the submissions. I apologize that I have taken so long to provide feedback. I have gone through and star-rated the submissions.
Some details: #29 and #30 are spot-on to the brief, achieving the high-end look, while maintaining simplicity - very clean. #46 and #47 introduce an architectural element that I mentioned I liked in previous feedback. Love it. My one thought is that on glance, it says "architecture" rather than "design-stage", which may not be a bad thing? Not sure. Thoughts?
All of the 4 stars, #5, #15, and #48 are *almost* there: #5: up-scaling the color scheme and font may do the trick. #15: LOVE the desing elements but am concerned that the large ampersand with "Homes" looks like something I have seen before but can't place. #48: Love the concept. Love the typeface, but maybe a different graphic? Maybe something that says design in an arcitectural way?
Some thoughts to give more direction: Imagine this logo to be used on business cards and high-end marketing collateral, as well as on a classic "main street" glass store-front window (think Norman Rockwell or The Hamptons), and on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van (dark colored). A van your fanciest friend wouldn't mind having parked in her driveway for a couple hours.
Hope this helps, and again, I really appreciat eall the creativity put into these submissions!

Hi all -
Thanks for the great submissions!! It is so exciting to see this concept come to life by true artists!
Just a few notes:
Draft #5 is the leader so far: nice balance of sophistication and architectural structure. Q: Can "Bespoke" be more prominent than "Homes"? Also, can the type be made to look as if it is raised?
Draft 2 and 4: super creative!! I loved the cleverness of #4!! Really - keep going with that!
Drafts 1 and 3 are a little heavy - taking away from the sophistication.
General feedback: Although the square of text was my first thought, I am open to other ideas/designs and visual elements.
